• Today was a kind of annoying day. I was hoping to keep up my trend of biking where I wanted to go, but the 5 shots yesterday killed my arm. #
• Back to biking today, after yesterday’s unplanned hiatus. My upper arm’s feeling a lot better, and with ibuprofen it will be even better. #
